At the heart of Bridges Grove A.M.E. Zion Church is a family committed to faith, leadership, and service. Reverend James A. Hayes and First Lady Katrina Hayes, alongside their children Chelsea and Channing, embody a spirit of dedication that reflects the mission and values of our church.
Reverend Hayes leads with vision, wisdom, and a deep love for God’s people, shepherding the congregation with integrity and purpose. First Lady Katrina Hayes stands as a pillar of strength, compassion, and encouragement, faithfully supporting the ministry and uplifting the church family through service and grace.
Together with Chelsea and Channing, the Hayes family represents unity, humility, and commitment to Christ. Their leadership extends beyond the pulpit, modeling faith in action and fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where all are inspired to grow spiritually and serve faithfully.

Meet Our Pastor
Reverend James A. Hayes serves as the Pastor of Bridges Grove A.M.E. Zion Church with a heart for ministry, a passion for preaching, and a deep commitment to shepherding God’s people. Guided by faith and led by the Holy Spirit, Pastor Hayes brings wisdom, compassion, and vision to the church.
Through biblical teaching and servant leadership, Reverend Hayes equips the congregation to grow spiritually, live faithfully, and serve purposefully. His ministry emphasizes discipleship, community engagement, and Christ-centered worship.
